Sponsor a Scholar(s)
Milwaukee College Prep does more with less. Faced with one of the largest public charter vs. traditional public school funding gaps in the nation, we must raise $1,000 per scholar annually, and invest every dollar back into our classrooms. By sponsoring a scholar, you are making an investment in the lives of children and families, that will last a lifetime.
Gift of Stock
When you give appreciated securities, you may receive an immediate tax deduction and savings on capital gains taxes. Your gift of stock or mutual funds can also be used to fund a charitable gift annuity. You can make a gift of appreciated securities to Milwaukee College Prep while diversifying your portfolio and/or securing a stream of income. Designate Your United Way Gift
When you make a gift to United Way at the Tocqueville level or higher, you can designate up to 50% of that gift to Milwaukee College Prep. It is a great way to maximize your philanthropy.
Matching Gifts
Many employers will match your donation to Milwaukee College Prep— meaning that your gift has double the impact on our efforts to eliminate the achievement gap in Milwaukee. Most companies ask you to complete and return a short form or may require Milwaukee College Prep’s tax identification number, which is 39-1881295.

A bequest is one of the simplest ways to support Milwaukee College Prep. If you’d like to help build the long-term financial strength of Milwaukee College Prep into the future, a charitable bequest might be your best option. These thoughtful gifts ensure that we can continue our critical work to eliminate the achievement gap in Milwaukee.

Special Project: Natural Schoolyards
Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) has awarded MCP a grant to undergo a stormwater management project. With this MMSD-grant-funded project underway, MCP has the unique opportunity to develop in tandem a natural schoolyard at Lloyd Street School. If MCP is able to secure additional funding to support the addition of a natural schoolyard on the Lloyd Street campus, MCP will be able to utilize existing crews on the property to create unique outdoor spaces.
